Initially learned advocate for the applicant sought adjournment from this Court on the ground that the applicant is ready to settle with the victims. On the last occasion some of the victims were present in the Court. They stated before the Court that the applicant is not ready to settle dispute with them. 2.

Learned APP for the State informed the Court that the applicant is not cooperating with the investigation and he is not remaining present. It is also informed that the proclamation proceedings were initiated against the applicant. Therefore, this Court on 20th June 2023, passed following order: 1.

Learned APP informs that proclamation proceedings are initiated against the applicant. The

Today, learned advocate for the applicant states that he has instructions to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. It is, therefore, clear that the applicant do not want to remain present before the Court.

Since, the applicant is seeking withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
