This writ petition challenges an order passed by the Labour Court at Nashik on a complaint of unfair labour practice. Considering that the order is capable of being challenged in revision before the Industrial Court at Nashik, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge Digitally signed by Sanskruti A.

Thakur the impugned order of the Labour Court at Nashik in revision. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
