This Court by common order dated 6 February 2017 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1777 of 2016 and other connected applications while releasing the applicants on anticipatory bail had, inter alia, imposed the following condition: "(v) The applicants/accused shall not abscond or leave India without prior permission of the Court and furnish their permanent address to the Investigating Ofcer alongwith documentary proof."

By these applications, the applicants seek relaxationof the aforesaid condition.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are in construction business and for their business they are frequently required to travel abroad. It is submitted that this Court on six occasions permitted the applicants to travel abroad and they did not abscond. It is further submitted that the amount 2/3
involved in the crime in question is secured as the applicants have furnished bank guarantee of Rs.2,08,01,000/-. 4.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to allow the present applications. In the result, the following order is passed:
ORDER
a] The Interim Applications are allowed.
b] The condition in question is hereby relaxed.
5.
The applicants shall renew the bank guarantee till conclusion of trial.
6.
The applicants shall intimate about their travel plan to the Investigating Ofcer, at least one week prior to their scheduled departure.
