After the matter was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for appellants seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal from Order with a liberty to raise all the contentions at the trial of the suit. The Appeal from Order is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought. 2.

Considering the nature of the dispute, it would be appropriate that the learned trial Court decides the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today. 3.
