MONDAY, 25th JUNE, 2018 P.C. :

The above Petition has been filed seeking a direction to be issued to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to direct the Shahu Nagar Police Station to register an FIR. Though it is averred in paragraph 25 of the above Petition that the written representations made by the Petitioner have gone unheeded, no such complaint has been annexed to the above Petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would make a written representation to the Senior Inspector of Police, Shahu Nagar Police Station, Dharavi, Mumbai in respect of the grievances of the Petitioner.

wp.1612.18.51.doc If any such representation is received by the Senior Inspector of Police, Shahu Nagar Police Station, within two weeks from date, the Senior Inspector of Police may consider the said representation and take a decision thereon and communicate such decision within two weeks of the receipt of the said representation.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
