By the present application, the applicants seek restoration of the Second Appeal to the fle which was refused registration on account of non-removal of the offce objections, as directed by the Registrar (Judl-II) on 15/11/2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the application. The application is fled with a delay of M.M.Salgaonkar

The Second Appeal is restored to the fle.
