Yagnik, learned APP appearing for Respondent-State has tendered across the bar, a report submitted to Public Prosecutor by Police Inspector (Crime), Mumbra Police Station, Thane, the same is taken on record. The contents of the report would unequivocally indicate that the concerned investigating officer has added Section 302 IPC and on that basis the investigating officer is in the process of filing the supplementary charge sheet.
