The Criminal Revision Application is filed by the petitioner-husband assailing the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 27th Court, Mulund in Criminal Appeal No.1180 of 2014. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the parties have amicably settled the matter and therefore they do not intent to prosecute the matter further and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the said application. In view of the prayer being made, leave is granted. Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
