This appeal is preferred against the order of City Civil and Sessions Court dated 7.4.2016, thereby refusing to grant ad-interim relief in pending Notice of Motion. Ad-interim relief sought was for restoration of electricity supply. As per order passed by this Court on 12th April, 2016, electricity supply is restored.

In view, thereof whatever respective contentions of the parties are there, they can agitate before the trial Court, in pending Notice of Motion. Accordingly this appeal and pending Civil Application, both are 1/2
