Learned APP, at the outset, having taken instructions from the the concerned officer - Mr. S. B. Tambe, Police Sub-Inspector, Chunnabhatti Police Station, Mumbai, makes a statement that the petitioner's son was traced at Kurduwadi Railway Station and after verifying that the petitioner is his biological mother, the custody of the said child was handed over to the petitioner. This statement of learned APP is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In the above circumstances, the petition which is filed for seeking writ of habeas corpus stands worked out and is, accordingly, disposed of.
