The petitioner has filed an additional affidavit on 23/09/2021, in which he categorically states that during the pendency of the writ petition, respondent/landlord has alienated the property to one Saroj Solankhi and, thereafter, the petitioner has settled the issues with the new landlord. He, therefore, does not intend to prosecute the writ petition and seeks unconditional withdrawal of the same.

In terms of the affidavit placed on record, since the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such.

Needless to state that in the wake of withdrawal of the writ petition, the interim application, if any, shall also stands disposed of.
