Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the execution proceeding i.e. Regular Darkhast No. 2 of 2005 in Regular Civil Suit No. 13 of 2003 is still pending. He prays that the said execution proceeding is to be expedited as the Petitioner is decree holder. 2.

In view of the prayers made by the learned Counsel, no notice is required in this Writ Petition, as no further relief is claimed. The execution Court to expedite the execution proceeding of Regular Darkhast No. 2 of 2005 and the same be concluded on or before 31st October, 2018.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
