Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the benefit of one time settlement scheme promulgated by Reserve Bank of India for the borrowers of the Nationalized bank is not being extended to the borrowers of the Co-operative Bank.

The scheme as applicable will have to be considered. Whether the schemes are adopted by the Banks would also have to be considered by the Commissioner of Co-operation and/or Competent authority.
