Heard learned Counsel for the parties. I have perused the averments made in the civil applications for seeking restoration of the aforesaid writ petitions which are dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 04.12.2017. The applicants have made out case for recalling of the order dated 04.12.2017 on the condition that Applicants pays total costs of Rs.10,000/- in these eight civil applications to the Respondent No.1 within two weeks from today.

Upon payment of said costs, the order dated 04.12.2017 passed by this Court is recalled. All Writ Petitions are restored to file along with interim orders in force, if any, on the date of dismissal of the Writ Petitions on 04.12.2017. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) Sneha Chavan 2/2
