1. By this application, the applicants seek extension of time to deposit the arrears of maintenance in a sum of Rs.1,55,000/-. The total payable was Rs.2,55,000/- of which a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has already been deposited as per order dated 10 th January, 2017. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 acknowledges a receipt of the sum of Rs,1,00,000/- as aforesaid.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant has filed an undertaking by way of an affidavit to deposit the balance amount of Rs.1,55,000/- on or before 8 th August, 2017. The undertaking is accepted. In view of the said undertaking, time for payment of the sum of Rs.1,55,000/- is extended upto 8 th August, 2017.

3. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
