Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel to Dubai from 16th April, 2018 to 23rd April, 2018. 3.
Perused the papers. The applicant was granted pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 226 of 2013 registered with the Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 338, 337, 336, 427 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 1/3

The applicant intends to travel to Dubai along with his family members. The applicant has annexed a copy of the tickets which is at Exhibit `D' to the application.

Learned A.P.P, on instructions states that he has no objection if the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to travel abroad on the condition that the applicant furnishes the itinerary to the concerned police station before leaving India.

Accordingly, application is allowed and the applicant is allowed to travel to Dubai from 16th April, 2018 to 23rd April, 2018. 7.
The applicant shall furnish details of the itinerary of the proposed stay and contact numbers during his stay in Dubai, to the concerned Police Station, before leaving for Dubai. 8.
The applicant shall inform the concerned Officer of his arrival within two days of his arrival.
