Heard Mr. Kotwal, learned counsel for the Applicant, and Mr. Gavand, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State. 2.

By this Criminal Bail Application, the Applicant is seeking suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment and his release on bail. It is brought to the notice that the Applicant has already paid the entire amount of fine. His sentence to suffer imprisonment for two years is suspended and the Trial Court has already released him on bail till he prefers an Appeal.

Now, in view of the fact that the Appeal is admitted, his substantive sentence of imprisonment is stayed, subject to furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount. Bail in the lower Court.
