For the reasons to be recorded separately, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.871 of 2018 is allowed and disposed off;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.429 of 2016 registered with Mankhurd Police Station, Mumbai on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall report the Mankhurd Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm till further orders;

(iv) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence and shall not engage in similar cases;
