Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with a liberty to the petitioner to make representation before respondent no. 2 Collector of Nashik in regard to the grievances raised by the petitioner in this petition. Keeping in view the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation with supporting documents before the Collector, Nashik.
