We are informed that the Petitioners had already approached the DRAT by filing an appeal and the said appeal is pending. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, petition is dismissed. The Petitioners are at liberty to make an application for grant of ad-interim relief before the DRAT. Upon such an application being made, the DRAT may consider the said application of the Petitioners expeditiously, on merits and in accordance with law . If the said relief is not granted, Petitioners may approach this Court. Reserving the said right of the Petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of.
