This is an application for modification of Order dated 15.1.2018 passed in ABA No.1732/2017. While granting pre-arrest bail to the applicant, the applicant is directed to furnish PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant originally hails from District Akola and it is very difficult for him to get 'local' sureties in the like amount despite putting in best efforts by him. He submitted Page-1/2

919=appp-392-18 that the applicant will furnish surety by name Shri. Manhadeo S. Pandey from District Akola who is having solvency certificate in the like amount.

In view of the above, the Order dated 15.1.2018 is modified to that extent and the applicant is permitted to furnish sureties from District Akola instead of local sureties.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant in Order dated 15.1.2018 are not disturbed.
