1] This Court while disposing of PIL No.71 of 2016 has directed the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad to consider the opinion or objections or doubts raised in the audit report tendered by the internal auditors of the Zilla Parishad, so far as the Gram Panchayat of Sheegre in Raigad District is concerned, and to do needful. The counsel appearing for Zilla Parishad informs, on instructions, that the enquiry has already been completed and enquiry report and the charge-sheet has been forwarded to the Deputy Collector.
