MONDAY , 11 th DECEMBER 2023 P.C :

Vide order dated 3rd October 2023, we had granted liberty to the appellants to file fresh applications pleading guilty 1/3

before the learned trial Judge, in view of what was observed by the learned Judge in his order dated 1st November 2022, whilst rejecting the appellants' applications pleading guilty to the charges with which they were charged.

Vide the very same order i.e. 3rd October 2023, we had directed the learned Judge to decide the said applications filed by the appellants afresh, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within one week of the filing of the said applications. Learned counsel for the appellants states that pursuant thereto, the appellants filed fresh application pleading guilty and that the learned Judge decided the said application and as such the appellants were released by the learned Judge, on undergone sentence vide order dated 11th October 2023. The said order passed by the learned Sessions Judge is taken on record. Learned counsel for the appellants states that pursuant to the same, the appellants have also been deported back 2/3

to Bangladesh. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1-NIA does not dispute the aforesaid.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid appeals. Appeals are disposed of accordingly.
