The main relief applied for in this petition has been rendered infructuous, particularly as access was applied for, for the vacation of December 2014. However, the observations in para 5 of the impugned order dated 20/12/2014, which in any case, are not quite clear, are expunged. Such observations, or for that matter any of the other observations in the order dated 20/12/2014, shall not be taken into consideration in case, the petitioner applies for access in respect of any further vacation. The application for access, should, however, be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 2.

With the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of. 3.

All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
