Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that yet charges have not been framed in trial and Applicant has to attend the concerned police station on first Sunday of every month for report as per order of this Court dated 26th March, 2018 (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) Hence, leaned counsel for the applicant requested to 1/3

relax/modify the second condition.

Learned APP submitted that charges have not been framed as the main accused is absconding. Hence, the condition imposed by the court may not be relaxed/modified.

I have heard both learned counsel.

This court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J) by order dated 26th March, 2018 has granted bail to the applicant. While granting bail, this Court has imposed condition on the applicant to report to the investigating officer of the concerned police station on first Sunday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial.

As the Applicant is attending the trial court's dates. Hence, Applicant can be directed to attend the concerned police station till framing of charges.

In view of above, I pass following order:

ORDER

Condition No.2 is modified as under:

i) The applicant shall report the investigating officer of 2/3

concerned police station on each Sunday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m till the framing of charges.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
