The present Interim Application is filed for recalling the order dated 20 December 2022 directing the Petitioner to deposit Rs.1,00,000/-. The said amount was directed to be deposited to test the bonafides of the Petitioner and so also as per Rule 7A of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010. k 2/2 44 ia 1475.23 in ia cri as.doc learned Advocate for the Petitioner is that it is not possible for the Petitioner to pay the said amount. The financial condition of the Petitioner is not good. According to the learned Advocate the Petitioner is prosecuting the genuine cause and are trying to bring to the notice of this Court with illegalities committed by the Respondents. According to the learned Advocate the Petition is genuine Petition and the Petitioner has no personal interest in the matter.

Be that as it may, the amount was directed to be deposited after hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner considering the rules. In case the Petitioner deposits the amount the Petition filed by the Petitioner would certainly be considered on its own merits. In light of that, the Interim Application stands disposed of.
