The learned counsel for the applicants invited my attention to the order dated 14.9.2019 passed by the J.M.F.C. Pimpri, Pune in Criminal Misc. Application No. 913/2017. The order record that in the light of the withdrawal pursis below Exh.20 since an amicable settlement was worked out between the parties before the Lok Adalat, - Page-1/2

Nalawade 12-apl-440-18.doc the applicant do not intend to proceed with the matter. The present criminal application is filed by the said applicant and the members of his family in relation to the complaint by respondent-wife before the Magistrate, Pimpri under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In the light of the order passed below Exh.1 by the J.M.F.C, the present criminal application deserves to be disposed of as infractuous.

The learned counsel for the Applicants makes a reference to the e-mail communication received by him thereby authorizing him to withdraw the present criminal application. The said communication is taken on record. Criminal Application is permitted to be withdrawn on the instructions of the applicants. Criminal Application No.440/2018 is disposed of as withdrawn.
