The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by this Writ Petition they are challenging the order dated 31.03.2019 passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pandharpur, below Exhibit - 105 in Regular Civil Suit No. 429 of 2004 rejecting their Application to appoint court commissioner. He received instruction that matter is kept for final hearing. He further received instruction to withdraw the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
