This Court by the order dated 19 September 2007 in Criminal Application No.2500 of 2007, while releasing the applicant on bail, inter alia, has imposed the following condition: "b] The applicant shall report to the above Police Station (Manmad) twice in a week i.e., Monday and Friday in between 3.00 to 5.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial."

On the application fled by the applicant, the said condition was modifed by order dated 30 July 2008 in Criminal Application No. 701 of 2007 and instead of Manmad Police Station, the applicant was allowed to attend Shrirampur Police Station. 3.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has not yet commenced. It is submitted that the applicant has attended the Shrirampur police station for about 16 years. 5.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the applicant has attended the Shrirampur police station for about 16 years, I am inclined to relax the said condition. Accordingly, the said condition is relaxed.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
