Heard Mr.Shivarkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the respondent-State. 2.

The present application for bail was filed on the ground that, the applicant was suffering from heart ailment and was admitted to jail hospital. 3.

The learned A.P.P., on instructions, submitted that, the applicant had complained about breathlessness and skin decease and therefore, he was treated by the jail authorities in their hospital. He further, on instructions, submitted that, the condition of the applicant is now stable and the applicant is not suffering from heart ailment.

The record indicates that, the applicant is in jail for more than 45 months as of today. In view thereof, hearing of the Criminal Appeal No. 1051 of 2018 is expedited.
