1] This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents Nos.2 to 11 in CR No.I-185 of 2013 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station, by the Ad Hoc District Judge-2 & Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in A.B.A. No.1247 of 2013 by its Order dated 27th March 2014.

2] The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 11 on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of the present application the police have submitted chargesheet on 18.2.2015. 1/2

Sameer Pakvasa & Anr in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in A.B.A. No.1785 of 2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of chargesheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
