By this application, the Applicants seek leave to file first appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court dated 19 January 2019. After the judgment and order was rendered, some of the original claimants have expired. Since heirs were not on record before the Reference Court, the heirs of those claimants and the original claimants seek to file appeal for enhancement.
