Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The petition is filed for expeditious investigation into ECIR/MBZO-II/05/16. By way of interim relief, the petitioner has sought directions against the respondents not to take any coercive action. Respondent No.2 registered ECIR on 11th May, 2016. The petitioner is an accused in this ECIR and he has been arrested on 20th April, 2017 and, at present, he is in judicial custody.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation into the said ECIR is in progress and will be completed expeditiously. The statement is accepted.
