DATE: 27th April, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Petitioners are aggrieved by the communication dated 20/03/2017 issued by Tahsildar, Shirur, Pune and addressed to Kamgar Talathi. By the said letter, Talathi has been asked to make entries in respect of Wakf properties and enter the name of Wakf instead of names of the persons, which are appearing in the 7 X 12 Extract.

WP/4813/2017 2] In our view, the said letter is merely in the form of communication. It is clarified that in case the name of any other person is appearing in the 7 X 12 Extract, he should be heard before passing any adverse order. With this clarification, Writ Petition is disposed of.
