The first draft of Rs 2 lakhs in accordance with clause (3) of the consent terms is ready. The amount is agreed to be deposited in court. That deposit will be made by the end of the day tomorrow. 4.

The first appeal is disposed of in accordance with the consent terms. There will be no order as to costs.

The civil applications do not survive and are disposed of as infructuous.
