The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner was unable to explain as to what exactly he is expecting from the Municipal Corporation in response to his complaint dated 8.1.2018. However, he submits that the complaint dated 3.4.2018 which is at page 19 of the Writ Petition is not responded to by the Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Corporation agrees to respond to the complaint of the Petitioner dated 3.4.2018 within six weeks from the date of this order.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn.
