Appeal No.445 of 2022, preferred by the Petitioners impugning Judgment and Order dated 25th February 2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pune, has been accepted by the Additional Collector, Pune and the application for stay preferred therein is also subjudiced before it.

It view thereof, nothing further survives in the present Petition at this stage and is accordingly disposed off.

It is needless to mention that, this Court has not dealt with the merits involved in the Petition and the Additional Collector, Pune, seized of Appeal No. 445 of 2022 will decide the said appeal on its own merits and as per the provisions of law.
