Upon noticing the fact that the similar application of co-accused Sushilabai Kamble is disposed of by this Court by directing the learned trial Court to take all necessary steps for expediting the trial and to complete it within a period of eight months from the date of communication of the Order, the learned Advocate appearing for the present applicant/accused also, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application. The application is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned trial Court is directed to follow the Order dated 1st November 2017 passed by this Court in Bail Application Gaikwad RD 1/2
