This application is preferred by plaintiff for deleting the name of respondent no.4, Shri Kumar Ramchandra Shiralkar, who died long back and for condonation of delay.

It is to be noted that the Second Appeal stands dismissed against respondent no.4 wide Registrar (Judicial-II) order dated 23.7.2012.

In view of the order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) on 23.7.2012, present Civil Application cannot be entertained. Hence, same stands rejected.
