Learned counsel for the petitioner frankly admitted at the outset that a private interest litigation of the petitioner in the form of Writ Petition No. 4580 of 2016 is pending awaiting admission. He also was candid enough to concede that the present petition is filed in support of and to save the submissions proposed to be made in the concerned litigation of the petitioner. Therefore, with a view to take all the available contentions in the previous petition and amending the previous petition, the present petition is not pressed for any order. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed as not pressed with no order as to costs.
