The Court is informed that the trial has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined. In the aforesaid view of the matter, it may be expedient to request the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized with SC No.188 of 2022 to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of the communication of this order.

In the event the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall have the liberty to revive the prayer for bail.
