In view of section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, we do not think that this application can be entertained. Section 20 prescribes a condition precedent for exercise of jurisdiction of this Court under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, whether bar of section 20 is attracted in the facts of the case will have to be examined. Subject to what is observed above, this civil application is disposed of. (M.S.SONAK, J.)
