Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking permission to serve unserved respondent by substitute service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for

2 33.3621.14 caf.doc the applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order:

(I) Applicnat is permitted to serve the unserved respondents by substitute service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publishing notice in two leading newspapers, one in English and one in regional language on or before 29/06/2019 and file affidavit of service to that effect.

(II) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (III) No order as to costs.
