This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Mr. Bhushan B. Khatri in complaint registered with Ulhasnagar Police Station which has now culminated into RCC No.73 of 2008. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The petitioners in Writ Petition No.1240 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant Mr. Bhushan Khatri as respondent No.2.
