In all these cases, anticipatory bails were earlier granted where the applicants/accused were facing charges under sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 in C.R. No. 115 of 2015 of D.B. Marg Police Station. Thereafter the police filed the Applications for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the applicants/accused. The said Applications were allowed on 2nd April, 2016 by the 1earned Additional Sessions Judge, 16th Court, Mumbai, against which again Anticipatory Bail Applications are filed.
