This is an application for pre-arrest bail. It is informed by the learned APP that the pre-arrest bail application preferred by the applicants before the Sessions Court is pending for final adjudication and the next date is scheduled on 17/04/2017. 2.

In view thereof, the present application is not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application, if the Sessions Court rejects his application for pre-arrest bail.
