Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Regular Civil Suit No.309 of 2012 has already been decided during the pendency of this petition. The counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise appropriate grounds in the appeal which may be preferred against the judgment and decree in Regular Civil Suit No.309 of 2012.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
