The learned counsel for the parties i.e. Mr. Nikhilesh Pote appearing for the Appellant and Mrs. Asmita Sarangdhar appearing for the Respondent tender the consent terms bearing todays date evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The consent terms have been signed by the parties as well as the respective Advocates Mr. Nikhilesh Pote and Mrs. Asmita Sarangdhar. The learned counsel pray that the above Family Court Appeal be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

Parties are personally present in the Court. Mrs. Shikha Sapra is identified by Mr. Nikhilesh Pote and is also identified by her Pan Card No. CTOPS3674K. When put in the box and queried, the Appellant states that she has read the consent terms and that they are acceptable to her. She identifies her signature on the consent terms as being hers. She further states that consent terms have been signed by her of her own free will and volition. Respondent is identified by Mrs. Asmita Sarangdhar. He is also identified by his Pan Card No. BBRPS6518J. He identifies his signature on the consent terms as being his. He further states that he has signed the consent terms of his own free will and volition.

The photocopies of the Pan Card are taken on record. The undertakings in paragraph nos. 2 to 15 are accepted. The consent terms are paginated from 1 to 8 and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The above Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The Family Court Appeal to be placed for compliance on 26/09/2017.
