The orders impugned in the present petition are passed by the Sub-divisional Officer and the Additional Collector against which the petitioners have alternative statutory remedy in the form of revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Revenue Code, 1966.

Commissioner shall decide the stay application within one week from the date of appearance of the petitioners. 3.

The petitioners shall appear before the Commissioner on 22nd April 2024.
