In fact, there are 3 civil applications taken out in the above 2 appeals and in Appeal from Order (Stamp) No. 11030 of 2015. All the 3 applications are disposed of under a common order. The Appeals from Order were heard together on 01.10.2015 in all the 3 Appeals from Order. However the order has not been shown to be passed as a common order in the above 3 appeals. Hence the same order dated 01.10.2015 is passed in the aforesaid 2 appeals also.
